Welcome to Tartan Tots – Baby & Me Highland!
You and your little one will learn basic Highland Dance moves, body awareness, movement and flexibility all in a high energy and fun spirited environment!
For dancers aged 2-4. Must be accompanied by an adult.
Maximum 2 dancers per adult. Non-walking sibling/siblings under 1 attend for free.
Class runs for 10 weeks (October 17-December 19 2024).

Open to dancers new to Highland, aged 7 & Older. Both recreational and future competitors learn the basics of Highland technique, traditional dances, cross training, proprioception and physical literacy in an engaging, supportive environment. Dancers will leave class muscle-tired and soul-happy!
Intro to Highland! Learn movements, dances, physical literacy and more in this fun, engaging class made for dancers aged 4-6. New and previous Highland experience both welcome, as each class is tailored to the dancers’ needs!
For dancers who are competitive and in the beginner to intermediate level. This class works at a championship level and requires practice commitment and hard work ethic.
For dancers who are participating, or plan to participate, in Championships. This class works at a high level and requires considerable practice commitment and hard work ethic.

Whether your dancer is looking to expend some energy or wants to come out of their shell, this loving and engaging environment will instill a love of movement!

Dancers aged 4-6, both new and returning, engage in dynamic classes that teach them the fundamentals of Highland Dance moves, joyful movement & control of their bodies. They begin to learn the importance of self-reflection and key elements of a healthy dancer (well-being, perseverance, teamwork etc.) including opportunities for feedback and performance.
Dancers aged 7+ who are excited to learn the incredible art of Highland Dance!
Both recreational and future competitors learn the basics of Highland Technique and strength building through traditional dances, cross training, proprioception, and physical literacy in an engaging, supportive environment. Dancers will leave muscle-tired and soul-happy!
Calling all adults who want to try Highland Dance! Highland Pulse is a combination of traditional movements and dances with a great cardio and strength based workout!
