Term classes

Dancers in intermediate and newly premier competitive levels. The focus is targeted to competitive personal improvement, learning what a championship level of effort requires while continuing to bulid dancers who are strong in all areas (mental health, strength training, cross training, perseverance, finding the joy in hard work, maintaining a positive competitive outlook, injury prevention)

Term and Sessional classes

Premier dancers competing in championships. Sessional classes throughout the spring and term classes during the week ensure our dancers are well prepared to reach any goal in championship season. Dancers continue the work of internal motivation, positive self critique, perseverance, using the thrill of competition to improve, and a strong work ethic.
